Terms & Conditions
How we work with clients: quotes, payments, deliverables and changes.
1. Quotations
Custom quotes are provided based on project scope and complexity. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
2. Payment terms
We operate on a 70% upfront deposit and 30% upon completion. Printing jobs may require full or higher upfront payment depending on production requirements. Work begins once the deposit is received.
3. Timelines
- Graphic design projects: 3–7 working days
- Branding projects: 5–14 working days
- Website development: 1–4 weeks
- Printing: varies based on quantity and specifications
Timelines begin once the deposit and all required client content have been received.
4. Deliverables & source files
Upon full payment, clients receive final deliverables in appropriate formats. Editable/source files (e.g. AI, PSD, Canva) can be provided upon request, depending on the project agreement.
5. Changes after completion
Post-delivery changes are treated as a new request or billed separately, depending on the scope. This ensures a structured workflow and protects project timelines.
